A Key Form may be requested from our Support team to check the validity of your Security key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To create and send the Key Form from within eXPerience, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open the eXPerience embroidery software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the main menu, go to Tools<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Under the Stitch<\/strong> section, select Security Keys<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on the Keyform<\/strong> button in the top right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. A new window with the Key Form information will appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Go to File<\/strong> > Save As<\/strong> and save the Key Form file to your computer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Attach this Key Form<\/strong> file to your email, along with any questions you have for Support.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
